James Ritchie left the firm of Mauchlen Weightman & Elphick in February 1999 to form his own architectural and construction risk management practice.
Since then James has undertaken a broad range of both architectural and CDM commissions across the North of England of various size and complexity and provided high quality CDM training to construction industry organisations from small practices to large multi-national companies and public bodies. We specialise in providing CDM Training in a straight forward, easily understood, pragmatic way. We believe CDM should not be difficult and definitely should not involve bureaucracy.
JRACDM are happy to discuss any construction project that you may have in mind and give impartial CDM advice prior to any appointment. James Ritchie takes personal charge of every commission from inception to completion and is assisted by professional and technical staff as required to meet the demands of each project. In particular, James is able to provide construction health and safety risk management advice to Clients for all stages of projects as well as acting as Principal Designer throughout the project from design inception to completion.
